Jane is a make up artist showcasing her products on live commerce platform.
Anna joined the session to learn about the make up products Jane has to present.
Jane says, ''Hi there, Welcome, everyone! I'm so excited to be here today to share some amazing makeup products and tips with you all. Let's get started! I have with me this beautiful eyeshadow palette.''
Anna asks, ''The colors in that palette look stunning. Could you tell me more about its ingredients and whether it's suitable for sensitive skin?''
This way, Anna gets information about the products she wants to purchase through a live video in real time from Jane.
In Spurtcommerce, we are developing 'Live Commerce' feature with the following work flow:
(i) Vendor/Seller and the Customer can with each other through a live video. Vendor can provide the necessary information about the product to the customer and the Customer can ask any questions they have about the product and get answers from the Vendor instantly.
(ii) In the same interface, an 'Add to cart' button will be enabled, for the Customer to instantly add the product to their cart and check out.
Sure, this feature is available on Insta and Facebook, where live video streamlining can happen between Vendors/Sellers and Customers. However, having the same feature in-built on your own eCommerce portal can be amazing. Isn't it so?
